The Swiss government offers three to four-year PhD programs under the scholarship. This scholarship will be given to selected students under ‘The Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship‘. Students from different countries of the world can apply for this scholarship.
Through the Federal Commission of the Swiss Government, the Swiss Government provides this scholarship to students from around 180 countries around the world to pursue higher education in the country’s public universities based on full merit under the Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship.

Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship gives Young researchers with bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD degrees selected by the Federal Commission for Scholarships for Foreign Students (FCS). It covers tuition fees, monthly allowance, loading allowance, and health insurance.
